This role focuses on both debt recovery and business development by bringing in new clients and expanding the company’s debt collection portfolio. Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new business opportunities for debt collection services in the UAE market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to onboard new debt recovery cases. • Manage and follow up on assigned debt collection cases to ensure timely recovery. • Act as the key point of contact between clients and associated legal partners for escalated matters. • Coordinate with associated legal partners, where required, to support recovery actions and case progression. • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors in a professional manner. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, cases, and recovery progress. • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, collections, and recovery performance. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in debt collection combined with business development in the UAE market. • Strong understanding of UAE debt recovery regulations and processes. • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build a client portfolio. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment. • Proficiency in MS Office applications and collection/CRM systems. • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing cases and client records.
