As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management and commercial operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maximizing business value.

1. Develop, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
2. Analyze and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring the protection of company interests
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective contract strategies
4. Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout
5. Conduct financial analysis to evaluate contract performance and profitability
6. Ensure compliance with UAE commercial laws and regulations
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
8. Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes
9. Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management best practices
10. Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting contract management Requirements:
11. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
12. Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management or commercial roles
13. Strong knowledge of UAE commercial laws and regulations
14. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
15. Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and assess risks
16. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
17. Experience working in the UAE business environment
18. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
19. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
20. Professional certifications such as IACCM or CCCM preferred
21. Understanding of international contract law
22. Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
