As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management and commercial operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maximizing business value.
- Develop, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
- Analyze and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring the protection of company interests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective contract strategies
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate contract performance and profitability
- Ensure compliance with UAE commercial laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes
- Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting contract management Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management or commercial roles
- Strong knowledge of UAE commercial laws and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and assess risks
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in the UAE business environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional certifications such as IACCM or CCCM preferred
- Understanding of international contract law
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
