The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tenders, and ensuring compliance with UAE authority requirements. Key Responsibilities

1. Review tender documents (BOQ, drawings, specs) and identify risks/gaps
2. Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV & BMS
3. Develop detailed cost estimates for infrastructure/utility projects
4. Conduct site visits to assess project constraints
5. Ensure compliance with authorities such as: ->DEWA ->ADDC ->SEWA ->FEWA
6. Include authority charges & approval costs (Trakhees, Civil Defense, etc.)
7. Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
8. Negotiate pricing for major equipment (Chillers, Generators, Transformers, etc.)
9. Prepare commercial submissions and support technical alignment
10. Handle post-tender clarifications and internal approvals Requirements:
11. Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
12. 5+ years UAE experience in MEP estimation (infrastructure preferred)
13. Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations & approvals
14. Experience with Expert Estimator / PlanSwift / CostX / CCS Candy
