• Prepare, develop and update project baseline schedules in accordance with contract requirements.
• Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against the approved schedule.
• Review contractor construction programs, recovery plans and revised schedules.
• Analyze project delays and assist in the preparation of extension of time (EOT) assessments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including schedule updates, progress analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Resident Engineer, project managers and discipline engineers regarding project progress and constraints.
• Participate in project meetings and present schedule status and progress updates. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Certification in Project Management or Planning
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar planning software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and project management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze delays and prepare planning reports.
