The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate architectural drawings and plans to support our innovative building projects. Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Review and revise drawings as needed to reflect changes or updates in the design.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations in Dubai.
• Assist in the development of 3D models and presentations for client approval.
• Maintain proper documentation and organization of all architectural plans and drawings. Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in architectural drafting or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Prior 10 years experience in the construction industry in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
