Job Description: • Project Leadership & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project execution from concept through handover, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. • Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Cost & Risk Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, control variations, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. • Team & Site Oversight: Lead multidisciplinary teams including designers, engineers, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure quality control, compliance, and operational efficiency. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • Minimum 10+ years of project management experience, with proven delivery of commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. • Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, local regulations, and authority approvals and demonstrated experience managing budgets, contracts, procurement, and subcontractors. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD. PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage. Salary: AED 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
