Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Engineering - Civil & Construction Company Industry Construction QA/QC Responsibilities: • Prepare and submit Method Statements, ITPs, RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, and other QA/QC documents • Ensure all activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards • Maintain proper documentation and records for inspections and approvals • Coordinate with site team for inspection requests and approvals • Follow up on test results, material approvals, and certifications • Participate in internal audits and ensure closure of NCRs • Ensure compliance with EGA quality and safety standards QS / Commercial Responsibilities: • Prepare and verify BOQ quantities based on drawings • Monitor and track work progress vs BOQ quantities • Assist in preparation of interim payment applications • Support in variation orders (VO), claims, and cost tracking Requirements: • Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering • Professional Certifications: Any QA/QC or Quantity Surveying certification is an added advantage • Years of Experience: 1

• 3 years • Industry/Domain Experience: Construction and industrial projects Technical Skills Required: • Preparation of QA/QC documents (Method Statements, ITP, RFI, MIR, WIR) • Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation/verification • Knowledge of project specifications, drawings, and standards • Experience in payment applications, variations (VO), and cost tracking • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and documentation control systems • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Behavioral/Soft Skills: • Problem-solving and analytical thinking About the Company TGC Consulting is a Human Resources Solutions provider based in Dubai, UAE.
