• Preparing and certifying interim payment applications.
• Support the day-to-day commercial management of projects during construction
• Prepare and review payment applications based on project progress
• Manage and record any changes or variations to the project
• Visit site to check progress and ensure work is in line with reports
• Assist in preparing and agreeing the final project accounts Requirements: Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on civil projects.
• Extensive experience in post-contract quantity surveying, preferably in high rise buildings project.
• Strong knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement methods within UAE region.
• Experienced working with contractor. Requirements:
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in relevant quantity surveying software and tools. Salary: AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
