This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the company’s financial health and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial laws in the UAE.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage cash flow and optimize the company’s financial position.
• Coordinate with auditors and external financial consultants during audits.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in manufacturing or joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving abilities and strategic thinking mindset.
