The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in connecting clients with their ideal properties, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales growth in a competitive market. Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential property buyers and sellers within the Oman market.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing key features and benefits.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Negotiate sales terms and contracts to close deals successfully and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and expand a client database through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively through various channels.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Requirements:

• Proven experience in property sales or real estate consultancy, preferably within Oman.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and legal regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Target-driven with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
