This is not just a hosting role. You’ll shape the content, drive fan engagement, and help build one of the most exciting motorsport brands coming out of the region. Starting freelance / project-based, with a clear path to a full-time position. What You’ll Do On-Screen Presence • Host interviews with drivers, influencers, partners, and fans • Present from events, garages, and live environments • Bring energy, credibility, and personality to TFA content Creative & Content Leadership • Co-create content ideas with the Head of Comms • Lead fan activations (on-ground + digital) • Help shape formats (interviews, challenges, behind-the-scenes, etc.) Social & Community • Manage and contribute to Instagram & YouTube content flows • Drive engagement (stories, polls, fan interactions, live moments) Production Oversight • Brief and direct editors on tone, pacing, and storytelling • Ensure content feels premium, fast, and culturally relevant • Stay hands-on from shoot ? edit ? publish Requirements: • Female, based in Dubai, ideally 25 –45 • Fluent in English and Arabic (on-camera confidence in both) • Strong on-camera presence (presenter, host, or creator background) • Deep understanding of social-first content (especially IG TikTok & YouTube) • Passion for sports, music, cars, motorsport, or performance culture is a strong plus Salary: AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
