The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documents to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt, review, and distribution of all project documents to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain an up-to-date filing system for both electronic and hard copy documentation.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and project specifications.
• Track document revisions and ensure timely updates and notifications to project teams.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate document flow and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audit and compliance processes by providing accurate and accessible documentation records.
• Assist in preparing reports related to document control activities as required. Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in document management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of construction industry documentation and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Records Management, or related field is preferred.
