• To plan, coordinate, and deliver interior fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The role ensures efficient execution from pre-construction through to final handover. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day site operations for fit-out works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress against milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical details to resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Report progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee snagging, testing, and project close-out. Interactions
• Liaise with clients, designers, consultants, and contractors.
• Work closely with project managers, commercial teams, and procurement.
• Lead site teams and maintain clear communication across all parties. Requirements: Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience delivering high-end fit-out projects, ideally within luxury hospitality and/or branded residential sectors.
• Strong track record of managing projects from inception through to successful completion in fast-paced, quality-driven environments.
• Background with well-established, high-performing fit-out contractors or comparable project environments is advantageous.
• Solid technical understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and tight programmes effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant construction-related qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus
• MUST HAVE GCC-based experience, UAE is preferred Salary: AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
