Job Description: § Supervise daily aluminium façade and glass installation works, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, and safety standards. § Coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and liaise with project stakeholders for smooth execution. § Monitor progress, identify issues, or delay, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and productivity. § Maintain site records, manage resources efficiently, conduct safety briefings, and report progress to management. Requirements: Qualifications: § Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in aluminum façade and glass installation projects, with expertise in cladding systems and curtain walls. § Proven ability to manage multiple teams on construction sites, ensuring quality and timely execution. § Solid understanding of safety standards, building codes, and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. § Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Salary: AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
