• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage site staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, enforcing strict safety protocols on site.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management on status, challenges, and solutions.
• Manage resource allocation and resolve any issues that could delay or impact quality of work.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to site activities, including progress reports and incident records. Requirements: Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Chief or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams.
• Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety regulations.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or site supervision are preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing project requirements.
