In this role, you will be responsible for driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our real estate portfolio within a vibrant, competitive market. Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential property buyers and sellers in the Bahraini real estate market.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive property listings and promotional materials.
• Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, regulations, and property values.
• Prepare sales agreements and ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management team. Requirements:
• Promote and market available properties through online platforms and direct client engagement
• Generate leads, conduct property viewings, and close sales or leasing deals
• Prepare contracts and related documentation
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Experience in sales or real estate is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge
