This role involves visiting stores anonymously, assessing service quality, and providing honest feedback to help businesses enhance their operations. Responsibilities:

• Conduct anonymous visits to designated retail and service locations to evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and overall shopper experience.
• Complete detailed reports and questionnaires accurately and on time after each visit.
• Observe and assess staff behavior, product displays, and adherence to company standards and protocols.
• Provide constructive and unbiased feedback to assist businesses in improving customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all mystery shopping assignments. Requirements:
• Excellent observational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality in all assignments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete reports accurately and promptly.
• Self-motivated with good time management skills to handle multiple assignments.
• Flexible availability to visit various locations across Bahrain as required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
