This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to impact service improvements for leading brands. Responsibilities:

• Conduct discreet visits to assigned retail outlets, restaurants, or service providers to assess customer service and overall experience.
• Evaluate compliance with company standards and report findings accurately and promptly.
• Complete detailed reports on customer interactions, facility conditions, and product displays.
• Provide objective feedback to help businesses enhance their customer service and operational procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity when conducting evaluations. Requirements:
• Excellent observational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey experiences effectively.
• Ability to provide unbiased, objective, and honest feedback.
• Reliable and punctual, able to manage own schedule and work independently.
• Comfortable using mobile devices or apps to submit reports.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
