The Foreman will lead site teams, manage resources, and act as the main point of contact between workers, subcontractors, and site management. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities and workforce • Assign tasks and monitor crew performance and productivity • Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules • Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site • Monitor material usage and coordinate deliveries and equipment needs • Inspect work progress and quality, reporting issues promptly • Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors • Resolve on-site issues and escalate major risks or delays • Maintain site records, reports, and attendance logs • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and machinery Requirements: Our client is seeking a experienced Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards and timelines.
