Local Process Engineers

• Italy (4 Positions) Activity: Provide direct, shop?floor?focused process engineering support ensuring stable production processes, high?quality data, reliable reporting, and continuous technical problem resolution. 1: Focus on lay up 2: Focus on assembly (including curing times, etc.) 3: Quality feedback, digital tools/video review 4: Working through the production team’s action list Key Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate data collection (output, downtime, process parameters)
• Maintain and update technical process documentation (work instructions, parameter sheets, SOPs)
• Support improvements in equipment utilization, material flow, and process stability through hands?on troubleshooting
• Work closely with supervisors and operators to secure daily production readiness and resolve technical obstacles
• Support accuracy and upkeep of TAKT boards, progress boards, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with shop?floor reality Qualifications:
• Knowledge in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or similar Engineering field
• Experience in process engineering, troubleshooting, or technical shop?floor support
• Strong technical problem?solving skills, including the ability to diagnose issues based on real?time production data
• Proficiency with basic digital data handling and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
