Lead Production Excellence (m/f/d) in Italy

Duration: 3 months+

Lead Production Excellence (m/f/d) - 2 FTEs Activity: Data Analysis - analyzing operational data, identifying inconsistencies, and taking actions that improve cycle time performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Support data collection, reporting, and analysis through digital tools to improve cycle time.
• Map and analyze value streams and process performance, identifying gaps and supporting action plans.
• Contribute to daily operational excellence initiatives (e.g., TAKT boards, progress boards, standardized work routines).
• Support Lean and Continuous Improvement culture through coaching, facilitation, and structured problem solving (Kaizen, A3, PDCA, 5 Whys). Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience with Lean / CI in manufacturing; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Strong analytical skills, experience with performance KPIs and digital reporting tools
• Experience with CAD tools (e.g., Catia V5) preferred
