Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) Location: South of Switzerland Duration: 01/04/2026 - 30/11/2026 Responsibilities Administrative & Analytical Activities (approx. 60%)

• Execution and monitoring of SAP processes (e.g., material postings, consumptions, planning).
• Ensuring accurate and efficient material management.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks (SAP, MES, and EWM if available).

Operational Activities (approx. 40%)

• Restocking, inventory checks, and stock control.
• Physical material handling (e.g., pallet movements, picking).
• Supporting operational downtimes and short?notice logistical bottlenecks.
• Close collaboration with warehouse and production departments.

Requirements

• Experience working with SAP; first experience with MES and EWM is an advantage.
• Ability to perform both administrative and operational logistics tasks.
• Comfortable with physical material handling (e.g., moving pallets, manual picking).
• Strong attention to detail and accurate working style.
• Team?oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to support in dynamic day-to-day operations.
• Proficiency in German and English is required.
