ERP Developer (Microsoft Dynamics) (m/f/d); FREELANCE; AUSTRIA

Good morning, I am looking for an experienced Freelance ERP Developer to join our client in the construction industry. This role focuses on hands?on technical development within existing ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, as well as ongoing development in a SALES ERP environment. Project: Start: ASAP Location: Lower Austria Capacity: Full-time Initial Duration: Minimum 1 year, long?term collaboration desired Remote and on-site Share: 2-3 weeks on-site in Austria for onboarding and afterward remote with one week/month on-site (client is flexible here) Project languages: English (Fluent) German (Fluent) Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance modules within Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and other existing SALES ERP systems.
• Implement ERP customizations, interfaces, and technical solutions.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to support long-term ERP strategy.
• Perform database-related tasks using SQL / PL/SQL.
• Contribute to the preparation for a future SAP implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from the construction sector; industry familiarity is highly desirable.
• Participate in sustainable, long-term knowledge transfer and system training.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ERP Developer (not consultant), ideally in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
• Strong programming and customization skills in ERP environments.
• Solid database knowledge in SQL and/or PL/SQL.
• Ability to work on highly technical topics; strong problem-solving skills.
