Rotoscope Shot

A single, under-ten-second shot from my film needs a precise matte pulled around two on-screen actors. The final plate will be integrated into a VFX composite, so edges must be clean, motion-blur preserved, and no chatter visible on playback at 24 fps.

you should work in Mocha Pro, and provide with Mocha file provided the result meets the quality expected for theatrical projection.

Deliverables • High-resolution alpha matte (EXR or PNG sequence) perfectly aligned to the original frame range • A rendered preview (H.264 or MOV) with the matte applied so I can verify edge quality • Project file or Mocha/Silhouette session for future tweaks

Acceptance criteria • Sub-pixel accuracy on all limbs and hair detail • No visible edge drift across the entire duration • Matte holds up against a solid white/black background at 200% zoom
