30-Second Cartoon Vortex Animation

Budget: £250 - £750

I need a short, punchy 30-second piece. You’ll turn a photo I supply into a cartoon-style character, drop him into the swirling vortex reference I’ll also send, and animate a continuous fall. After the plunge, everything cuts to black; our character then strolls in from off-screen, stops on one side, and looks straight into camera with a neutral expression.

No music or sound effects are required—just clean, silent visuals. Please deliver the final video in 1920×1080 MP4 along with the project file so I can tweak if needed later. If you have a preferred workflow (After Effects, Blender, Toon Boom, etc.) let me know; otherwise use whatever lets you keep the lines crisp and the colours bright. A quick storyboard or animatic for approval before you go into full production would be ideal.
