Description: I need a licensed land surveyor to stake property boundary lines on a residential lot so we can set our forms accurately. We already have the soil report, topographic survey, approved grading plan, and approved civil plans from the City of Newark — this is strictly a staking, verification, and certification job.

Scope of Work:

1. Boundary Staking for Forms — Stake all property boundary lines/corners on site so our crew can set forms with confidence that we're within property limits and setbacks.
2. Completion Letter — Provide a signed/stamped letter or certificate from the surveyor confirming the boundary staking was performed and that the stakes accurately represent the property lines.
3. Post-Form Verification — Return to the site after forms are set to verify they are within the staked property boundaries and setback requirements. Provide a written confirmation or report of the verification.

Additional Requirement:

• Must be available to coordinate with the City of Newark if they have any questions or require surveyor documentation related to this work.
