I’m building a centralized digital command center that lets me see exactly what is happening on every construction site the moment it happens. The cornerstone is live site monitoring delivered by drones, streaming real-time video and data straight to a web-based dashboard where I can track progress, budget, and workforce metrics side-by-side.

Here is the workflow I need you to bring to life:

• Drone integration: configure automated or manual flights, pull high-resolution streams, and push them to the cloud with minimal delay. Real-time data transmission is non-negotiable; latency must stay low enough for genuinely live decision-making. • Unified dashboard: combine the drone feed with progress KPIs, cost burn, labour counts, and safety indicators in one intuitive interface. I want at-a-glance visuals plus drill-downs. • Daily reporting: generate photo/video logs and short written summaries automatically at the end of each day, ready for export or distribution to project stakeholders. • Alerts & notifications: trigger immediate notices for schedule slippage, safety risks, or material shortfalls, ideally via email, SMS, and in-app pop-ups. • Document hub: store and version-control plans, contracts, and permits so they sit alongside the live data.

Tech freedom is yours—whether you lean on DJI SDKs, RTMP/WebRTC, Node.js, Python, React, Power BI, or another proven stack—so long as the final product is browser-based, secure, and scalable to multiple concurrent sites.

Acceptance criteria

1. Drone feed visible in the dashboard within three seconds of capture.
2. Dashboard refreshes key metrics automatically without manual reload.
3. End-of-day report generated and emailed in PDF and HTML formats.
4. Alerts reach predefined contacts instantly once thresholds are breached.
5. All documents uploadable, searchable, and versioned.
