Sales Dashboard & AI Forecasting

Budget: $250 - $750

This is the first milestone of a larger AI-driven revenue platform. In this phase I want a web-based sales dashboard that pulls data from our existing CRM, tracks performance in real time, and highlights revenue growth as the headline metric. Alongside the visuals, I need an AI layer that automatically produces short-term and quarterly sales forecasts so the team can see where we are headed, not just where we have been.

The dashboard should: • Stream raw and historical sales data from our CRM or a staging database you help define (SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery or similar). • Display intuitive charts and tables—daily, weekly, monthly revenue, YoY growth, top products and regions—refreshing automatically. • Allow simple filtering by rep, product line, region and date range. • Surface AI-generated forecasts with confidence intervals and an explainer view showing the key drivers picked up by the model.

I am comfortable with common BI stacks such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a custom React/Node front-end backed by Python notebooks; choose whichever you can deliver fastest while keeping the codebase modular for the next phases. All modelling work should be in Python or R so we can re-train easily.

Deliverables for this phase

1. A working dashboard hosted on a cloud environment we control (AWS, Azure or GCP).
2. Forecasting model code with clear comments, saved in our repo, plus a brief README.
3. One-hour walkthrough call and short Loom video so the sales ops team can self-serve future tweaks.
