Event Booking Automation Specialist - 03/04/2026 06:38 EDT

Budget: $25 - $50/hr

We invite any developer, with good command of the English language, willing and able to assist us in deg and implementing an automated response to all new enquiries (see attached) for booking any of our venues for their special events using all our services.

We currently utilise Zapier to idenify requiremenst and forward to Zoho CRM.

We have made contact and had discussions with both of their respective IT business analysts setting out our needs and expectations as well as current flow of information and have been advised that provided a proper brief with all the requirements is prepared to give the guidelines to a developer, deg such a system should not take much longer than 4

• 5 hours.

We are willing to pay up to 10 hours allocating 1 -2 hours for initial brief and discussions as well as additional hours for further refining following implementation.

Furthermore we believe that following implementation on going refinements will be inevitable and therefore this project will become work in progress.

Requirements:

• Set up automated response system (see brief attachd).

Ideal Skills:

• Experience with automation tools
• Familiarity with website forms
• Strong communication skills
