Flutter Telemedicine & Pharmacy Platform

I need a cross-platform mobile application with Flutter that lets patients consult doctors by video, receive digital prescriptions, and order medication directly from partnered pharmacies. The same codebase must compile cleanly on both iOS and Android and follow sound state-management and test practices.

Core modules I need you to implement: • Video consultations: real-time, low-latency calls (WebRTC, Agora, or a comparable SDK) with basic call controls and encrypted streams. • Prescription management: doctors create, sign, and send e-prescriptions; patients view them as PDF; pharmacists access a read-only version linked to dispensing status. • Pharmacy ordering: patients add prescribed items to a cart, choose delivery or pickup, and track fulfilment through the pharmacist dashboard.

User roles & flows: Patients schedule or join a call, store health records, and pay for medication. Doctors manage their calendar, write prescriptions, and review patient history. Pharmacists confirm stock, process orders, and update delivery status.

Security & authentication: Account creation with email/password backed by secure hashing plus an OTP-based two-factor layer before any health data or video room is loaded. Social s can be considered later but are not part of this phase.

Deliverables

1. Flutter source code with clear architecture (preferred: BLoC or Riverpod).
2. Working builds on TestFlight & Google Play Internal Testing.
3. Basic admin APIs or Firebase rules to support the three user roles.
4. README covering environment setup, build steps, and 2FA configuration.
5. Short test plan showing passed unit and widget tests for critical features.

Acceptance criteria • HD video connects within 5 s on average 3G/4G. • Prescription PDF rendered identically on both platforms. • Order status updates reflect in ≤3 s for all parties. • No critical issues in Firebase Crashlytics during one-week pilot.
