Engagement-Focused Social Media Content

Budget: $250 - $750

We are looking for a freelance social media content creator / manager to help launch a new digital platform across its first two months.

This is an organic social role, not a paid media role. The focus is on helping us establish a credible, consistent and engaging presence across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, while also supporting content and posting approaches for relevant Facebook community groups.

We can produce the raw video content ourselves, including founder-led videos and simple launch assets, but we need someone to shape the strategy and turn that into a clear, practical launch plan.

Scope of work • Develop a simple organic social media strategy for launch • Create content pillars, themes and channel approach • Build a two-month content calendar • Write post copy and captions for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok • Recommend the right mix of video, static posts, launch content, proof points and community-style posts • Adapt content ideas for both owned social channels and Facebook groups • Provide guidance on what content we should film/create to support the plan • Help establish the social presence and momentum in the first 8 weeks

What we are looking for • Someone with strong organic social media experience • Experience helping brands or early-stage businesses launch socially • Ability to work with simple founder-shot content and turn it into something effective • Good instinct for authentic, community-led and earned content rather than polished corporate content • Practical, fast-moving and comfortable working in a lean MVP-style environment
