Description: I am looking for an experienced home automation / domotique designer to create a complete electrical and low-voltage wiring plan for a residential renovation project in Switzerland.

The system will be based primarily on Shelly modules, with control via a mobile app (Shelly Cloud or Home Assistant).

This is a design-only role. Installation will be carried out by a separate contractor, so clarity and precision in the plans are critical.

Project Overview: • Apartment split across two levels: • Main floor (living areas) • Basement (office + game room) • Full renovation with new electrical installation

Electrical Setup: • Two independent electrical connections, each with its own meter • Each connection is 3-phase (3 × 25 A) • New distribution boards (tableaux électriques) to be designed

Areas and Circuit Requirements: • Bedrooms (2) • 3 lighting circuits (per bedroom) • 1 air conditioning circuit (per bedroom) • Bathrooms (2) • 2 lighting circuits (per bathroom) • 1 towel warmer circuit (per bathroom) • Basement (Office + Game Room) • Cellar / Storage (Cave)

Functions: • Lighting (including dimming and scene control) • Climate control (underfloor heating zones + air conditioning integration)

Low-Voltage / Network Requirements: • Ethernet (RJ45) network throughout the apartment • Connections for: • Home automation devices (relays, controllers) • Fiber optic connection integration (main entry point + internal distribution if required)

Deliverables Required: • Distribution board design (for both electrical connections) • Circuit / fuse allocation plan • Switch wiring logic (push buttons preferred) • Climate control wiring (actuators, relays, thermostats) • Low-voltage plan (Ethernet, TV, fiber) • Basic network topology / WiFi coverage recommendation

Constraints: • Renovation project (not new build) • Must comply with Swiss electrical standards (NIBT) • System should be reliable and future-proof

Preferred Skills: • Experience in home automation design (Shelly, KNX, or similar) • Strong electrical wiring knowledge (residential projects) • Experience with network cabling (RJ45, fiber) • Familiar with mobile app control systems (Shelly / Home Assistant) • Ability to produce clear and detailed technical drawings

Additional Notes: The designer should review and optimize the number of circuits where appropriate (grouping or splitting based on load, usability, and automation logic).

Experience working with multi-board / multi-supply systems is a strong advantage.
