Residential Autosprink 13D Layout

Budget: $250 - $750

I have a residential project that needs a complete Autosprink working file for a 13D/13R fire-sprinkler system. I already know the pipe routes and head locations; what I need from you is the finished, fully annotated model so I can submit it straight to plan review. The file must be built in Autosprink, not a generic CAD export, and every component—heads, pipe sizes, fittings, riser, valves, hangers, hydraulic nodes, legends, and call-outs—has to be in place and correctly tagged.

All work has to track strictly with NFPA 13D. If you typically design to NFPA 13R as well, great, but the sheet set I’m submitting will cite 13D only, so the hydraulic calculations, spacing, and details must align with that standard without exception.

Deliverable: • Native Autosprink working file (.spf) containing the full layout with annotations and completed hydraulic calculation report

I’ll supply the floor plans in DWG plus any manufacturer data sheets you might need. Once I receive the file, I’ll run a quick check: it should open with no missing references, populate schedules automatically, and pass an Autosprink calculation run using my supplied pressure data. If those items clear, the job is finished.
