I need a fresh, conversion-focused social campaign that convinces Realtors they can find their next real-estate photographer faster and with less hassle on our marketplace.
Scope • Channel focus: Instagram and LinkedIn only. • Content type: social posts—no blogs, no long-form video. • Primary KPI: drive new sign-ups on the platform, so every idea, hook, caption, and graphic must point users toward our “Join & Book” flow.
What I expect from you
- A 30-day content calendar with post concepts sequenced to warm, persuade, and convert.
- Scroll-stopping copy for each post (headline, caption, CTA, key hashtags).
- Visual direction: reference images or quick mock-ups that show how the posts should look so my in-house designer can execute fast.
- Short rationale for each post explaining the conversion tactic you’re using (social proof, scarcity, benefit framing, etc.).
- Optimization tips tailored to Instagram carousels/reels and LinkedIn single images/documents so we get maximum reach on both platforms.
Acceptance criteria • Calendar delivered in Google Sheets or Airtable. • Copy ready to paste, no placeholder text. • CTAs link directly to the photographer-search landing page. • Tone friendly, professional, and relatable to busy Realtors. • All work must be original and royalty-free.
