I’m ready to replace our manual new-hire onboarding with a Power Automate flow that ties together a SharePoint list and Active Directory. When HR adds a new employee’s details to the SharePoint list, the flow should:

• read the entry in real time, • create or update the corresponding user in Active Directory hybrid, • allocate the correct groups, security roles, and licences,

Please package the finished solution as an exportable flow (so I can import it into other tenants later) and supply concise setup documentation that covers prerequisites, connection references, and any required API permissions. I’ll consider the job complete once the new hire account is created and group memberships are added
