The system should help dealers by:
- replying instantly to new enquiries
- checking whether vehicles are available
- suggesting similar vehicles if a car is sold
- arranging viewings, calls, test drives, or appointments
- following up cold leads automatically
- re-engaging old leads when similar stock comes in
- scoring leads based on buying intent
- giving staff a dashboard to track pipeline and performance
The platform must be multi-tenant, so multiple dealerships can use it independently with their own users, inboxes, stock, settings, and branding. It should work with Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, and similar providers.
