We are looking for a results-driven individual based in India who can close ₹40,000–₹1,00,000 deals with real estate clients where the value is clear and easy to demonstrate.
We work with high-volume real estate businesses generating 100+ leads per day — where every missed follow-up or delayed response directly impacts revenue. Our AI automation systems solve this with instant engagement, structured qualification, automated follow-ups, site visit management, and complete pipeline visibility.
For the right clients, the ROI is obvious within the first conversation, making this a strong, outcome-driven opportunity for someone who knows how to position and close effectively.
You will take ownership of the entire client journey — from first interaction to successful project delivery.
Role Overview:
This is not just a closing role. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, closing, and coordinating with clients until the system is successfully delivered.
• Identify and reach out to real estate brokers, agencies, and developers (India market) • Prioritize businesses handling high lead volumes (100+ leads per day) • Understand the client’s current lead handling process and clearly identify gaps • Conduct meetings and develop a clear understanding of client requirements • Present our system with clarity, ensuring the client fully understands what is being delivered • Maintain proper documentation of each client interaction (meeting notes, expectations, scope) • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover and successful project delivery • Stay aligned with the client until the system is fully implemented and operational
Target Clients & Deal Size:
• Real estate businesses with high lead volume (100+ leads/day) • Typical project value: ₹40,000
- ₹1,00,000 • Higher-value opportunities available for strong performers
What You’re Selling:
You are offering a structured system that directly improves response time, lead qualification, and conversion rates — not a generic service.
For high-volume businesses, the value is immediate and easy to demonstrate.
Payment:
• ₹3,000 per closed deal • Payment is structured as:
- ₹2,000 after the deal is closed and 50% advance payment is received from the client
- ₹1,000 after the project is successfully delivered
• After successful delivery of the first 3 projects, this increases to ₹4,000 per closed deal based on performance
• For deals above ₹1,00,000, you will receive an additional 10% incentive on the total deal value, which will be paid after successful project delivery and once full payment has been received from the client.
This structure ensures alignment on both deal quality and successful execution.
Growth:
Initial focus will be on acquiring clients from the Indian market. Consistent performers will receive regular opportunities, access to higher-value deals, and long-term collaboration.
Requirements:
• Ability to clearly understand client needs and translate them into structured solutions • Organized and capable of maintaining proper documentation • Comfortable handling client relationships end-to-end • Self-driven, consistent, and results-oriented • Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred
