Inventory Data Excel Overhaul

I’m centralising our product inventory and need a detail-oriented Excel specialist to take raw SKU lists, supplier sheets and sales extracts and turn them into a clean, reliable workbook that the whole team can trust.

The job starts with accurate data entry: every item, description, code and quantity must be moved into a single master table. From there I want solid data validation rules so duplicates, typos or missing fields are flagged instantly. Once the information is clean, the file should be structured for easy maintenance—logical tabs, clear headings, consistent formatting and protected formulas.

Finally, I rely on quick insights for re-ordering and forecasting, so I need summary reports built straight into the workbook. Think pivot-table stock summaries, weekly movement charts and an at-a-glance dashboard that highlights low-stock items.
