Budget: $8 - $15/hr

Our Europe- and Asia-based customers ring in every day with product questions, order issues, and general service needs. They expect the warmth and clarity that only a native-level voice can deliver, so I need support agents who can answer calls fluently in the languages listed below and resolve the matter on the spot while keeping concise English notes for our global team.

Essential language coverage • Spanish, Portuguese, French for our European lines

If you handle all of them that’s perfect; if you specialise in one region, say so and I will route calls accordingly. Italian or Korean is welcome but not mandatory.

What you will actually do

  • Pick up inbound calls (or return scheduled calls) in the customer’s language.
  • Listen, troubleshoot, and walk the caller through a solution or next step.
  • Record a short English summary in our CRM so the wider team can follow up if needed.
  • Maintain a professional, culturally aware tone that reflects our brand.

A quiet workspace, a dependable phone/VoIP setup, and previous customer support experience are must-haves. Let me know which language(s) you cover, your typical availability in local time, and a quick example of a tricky call you’ve handled successfully.
