Job Summary We are seeking a creative and energetic Marketing Executive to promote our travel products and services. You will develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, targeting potential travellers and building brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a structured digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and generate qualified travel leads. • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile with regular posts, travel offers, photos, and customer engagement. • Handle website SEO, including keyword optimization, content updates, and improving search engine rankings. • Regularly update and publish holiday packages, itineraries, and travel content on the website. • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns for domestic and international travel packages. • Identify and target high-intent keywords (honeymoon, group tours, holiday packages, etc.). • Create and manage campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. • Write high-converting ad copies and ensure optimized landing pages for better conversions. • Perform A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance and lead quality. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. • Track and improve key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, CTR, and ROI/ROAS. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Collaborate with sales, design, and web development teams for effective campaign execution. • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment. • Perform weekly and monthly performance reviews, including campaign optimization and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Communications, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry. • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and Content Management Systems (CMS). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong understanding of travel trends, destinations, and consumer behaviour. • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in photography, videography, or graphic design (Canva/Adobe Suite) for content creation. • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
