I’m planning a significant refresh of the SocietyLink mobile app and need a developer-designer who can handle design, feature build-out, and stability work in one cohesive sprint.

First, the interface. The homepage, user profile, and the navigation menu all need a modernised look and smoother flow. I already have brand colours and basic style guidelines; what’s missing is a cleaner layout, more intuitive gestures, and polished micro-interactions that feel at home on both iOS and Android.

Next, feature expansion. A real-time chat between residents, an event calendar that lets committees post and manage gatherings, and an in-app notification system (push + in-app banners) all need to be planned, coded, and wired into the existing backend. Each should respect role-based permissions already present in the database.

Finally, the housekeeping: lingering bugs, occasional crashes on older devices, and slow first-load times need to be addressed so the app launches quickly and remains responsive even on mid-range phones. I’ll provide the current source, API docs, and a short list of known issues; I expect your pull requests to be small, well-documented, and unit-tested.
