MLS Web & Mobile Platform

I need a complete Multiple Listing Service built from the ground up, delivered as both a responsive website and fully-featured native apps for iOS and Android. Visual polish is critical; every screen should feel modern, immersive, and consistent with a premium real-estate brand.

Core deliverables • Property search functionality with filters, map view, and saved-listing support • Agent profiles that showcase bios, active listings, and contact options • Appointment scheduling seamlessly tied to each listing and agent calendar • Any additional MLS-specific features we identify during discovery (e.g., push notifications, CRM hooks, analytics)

The experience must be intuitive for first-time visitors yet rich enough for power users. You’re free to recommend the tech stack, but I expect clean, documented code and an admin panel that lets my team manage listings, media, and users without touching the backend.
