Rental Website & Mobile App Development

I need a full-stack professional to create a modern rental website and matching mobile applications for both iOS and Android. The web platform will be the primary hub where users can browse listings and secure rentals, while the apps should replicate those functions with the added convenience of push notifications and on-the-go account management.

I’m flexible on the underlying CMS; what matters is a solution that is stable, scalable, and easy for me to manage once the build is complete. Whether you recommend WordPress with custom components, a headless CMS paired with React, or another framework entirely, please explain how it will support real-time availability, secure payments, and seamless data sync between web and mobile.
