I want to build a mobile app focused solely on home cleaning so users can quickly choose the service they need and lock in a time that works for them. The core workflow is straightforward: a homeowner opens the app, selects either a one-time, recurring, or move-in / move-out cleaning, views available slots, and confirms the booking.

Scheduling is essential—users must be able to pick a date and time, see real-time availability, and receive instant confirmation. From my side, I also need a lightweight admin view (web or mobile) where I can adjust time slots, add cleaners, and monitor upcoming jobs.

Clean navigation, secure user accounts, push notifications, and basic payment integration are all expected. I’m open to your preferred tech stack as long as it supports both iOS and Android and can scale if we later add services like plumbing or electrical work.

Please tell me how you would structure the project, which frameworks or back-end services you recommend, and what timeline you envision for a launchable MVP that covers these features.
