Aesthetics Appointment & Deposit App

I’m looking for a streamlined mobile (and ideally web-friendly) app that lets my wife’s aesthetics clients book their own treatments and pay a fixed deposit at the moment of scheduling. The core flow is straightforward: a client browses the service menu, picks one or several treatments in the same session, chooses an available time slot, pays the set deposit, and receives instant confirmation.

The must-have booking feature is Multiple service bookings in a single transaction; everything else can stay lean for now. Deposits need to be a simple, flat amount that I can change from an admin panel whenever pricing is updated. A clean calendar view, at-a-glance appointment list, and basic client information capture will keep day-to-day management easy for my wife.

If you can integrate a standard payment gateway (Stripe, Square or similar) for the fixed deposit and set up basic notifications (email or push) for confirmations, the first release will be in great shape. I’d also like the codebase to be expandable so we can add automated reminders or staff selection later without a full rebuild.

Deliverables I expect: • A branded iOS and Android app ready for store submission • Lightweight admin dashboard (web or in-app) to adjust deposit value and view bookings • Secure deposit processing with receipts sent to the client
