Leadzilla Setup — Funnels, Email Sequences, WordPress Form, File Uploads and Zapier Webhook for Construction Company.

We’re launching a new premium construction brand called Vision Build and need an experienced Leadzilla specialist to set up our complete lead generation, nurture, and data capture system. This is a one-off setup project, not ongoing management.

We have a comprehensive briefing pack ready for you (5 documents) covering the full technical specification, brand guidelines, email copy, and integration requirements. You won’t be guessing — everything is documented.

What we need: • Configure Leadzilla account from scratch for a UK-based bespoke construction company • Build and connect a WordPress contact form that feeds into Leadzilla — must capture: name, email, phone, project type, budget range, postcode, description, referral source, and file uploads (photos/plans) • Create two landing page funnels: (1) Free consultation booking and (2) Downloadable project guide • Set up two automated email nurture sequences (copy provided): (1) Consultation follow-up — 5 emails over 14 days and (2) Guide download nurture — 4 emails over 21 days • Configure file upload handling: client-uploaded photos and plans must be pushed to a Dropbox holding folder via Zapier/Make, with the folder link included in the webhook payload • Set up a Zapier or Make webhook that fires when a lead is qualified, sending all lead data (including file upload link) to Monday.com • Test the full flow end to end: form submission → file upload to Dropbox → nurture sequence → qualified → webhook fires to Monday

What you’ll receive: • A detailed briefing document covering the full ecosystem, form fields, funnel structure, and webhook payload requirements • Complete email nurture copy (9 emails, fully written and ready to load) • Brand guidelines with colours, fonts, logo files, and tone of voice • File upload flow specification with Dropbox holding folder requirements • An outsource reference guide summarising everything on two pages

Ideal candidate: • Proven experience setting up Leadzilla (or similar: GoHighLevel, Kartra, ClickFunnels) • Can build on-brand email templates using provided copy, colours, and fonts • Experience with Zapier or Make webhook integrations including file handling • Bonus: experience with trades, construction, or home improvement clients

Deliverables:

1. Live WordPress contact form with file upload field, connected to Leadzilla
2. Two live funnels with branded landing pages
3. Two active email nurture sequences (using provided copy)
4. File upload flow: form attachments pushed to Dropbox holding folder via Zapier
5. Working Zapier/Make webhook pushing qualified leads (with file links) to Monday.com
6. A short walkthrough video showing the full lead flow including file uploads
