506(c) Investor Email Templates

I need a concise set of email templates that I can send in bulk to accredited and potentially accredited investors under Rule 506(c). Each template has to flow naturally, comply with SEC general-solicitation rules, and walk the reader through three key moments: an opt-in introduction aimed at accredited investors, a brief but compelling company overview, and an embedded or linked investor questionnaire that lets recipients confirm their accreditation status before seeing detailed offering documents.

The copy should be clear, persuasive, and free of jargon while still carrying the legally required disclaimers and risk language. I will be dropping these messages into my email-marketing platform, so please deliver them in both HTML (mobile-responsive, table-based) and matching plain-text versions. If you can suggest subject-line options and pre-header text that improve open rates, all the better.

Acceptance criteria • One master HTML template and one follow-up variant, each mirrored in plain text • Sections appear in this order: opt-in & accredited-investor introduction, company overview, call-to-action link to the investor questionnaire • Disclaimers comply with Reg D 506(c) requirements and CAN-SPAM • Clean, commented code that passes spam-filter checks (Litmus or similar) and renders correctly in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail
