I need support compiling a reliable list of micro-influencers (10k–100k followers) based in Malaysia and Vietnam who are active on Instagram and TikTok.

My focus is on two niches: • Fashion & Beauty • Food & Beverage

Here’s what I expect from the research:

1. A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) that includes for each creator:

• Handle and profile link for both platforms
• Current follower count and growth trend (last 30 days if available)
• Average engagement rate
• Primary content niche tag (Fashion & Beauty or Food & Beverage)
• Location (city and country)
• Contact email or business inquiry link

1. Minimum of 40 qualified profiles per niche per country (160 total entries).
2. All data must be verified within the past 7 days.
3. A short note explaining the method or tool used to calculate engagement rate.
