Short Film Premiere Photography
Description
Budget: $10 - $30
I’m hosting a short film premiere at an indoor venue and I need a photographer who can cover the photography of the cast, and attendees for two-hours 3:30pm-530pm on Sunday, April 26th on Temple University Campus in North Philadelphia. The atmosphere will shift between red-carpet arrivals, poses in front of the film backdrop, inside the movie premiere room, and casual mingling, so I’m looking for a mixed approach: polished posed shots for the step-and-repeat backdrop as well as natural, candid moments that capture the buzz of the day.
Low-light capability is essential—the screening room and lobby lighting will vary—so fast glass, a full-frame body, and discreet flash or LED options will come in handy.
Deliverables I’m expecting: • A curated set of high-resolution, fully edited JPEGs (color-corrected and lightly retouched, if needed) delivered via a downloadable gallery within 24 hours of the event date. • Full usage rights for promotional purposes linked to the film and the premiere.
If you’ve shot film festivals, premieres, or similar indoor events where timing and atmosphere count, please share a link to a relevant portfolio. The pay is flat rate of $75. to be paid upon receipt of acceptable photographs from the film premiere.
