Jakarta Expo Event Photo & Video

I will need complete visual coverage of the Liangzhilong Indonesia Global Road Trade Festival at Jakarta International Expo in October 2026 (exact day still to be confirmed). The assignment is straightforward: spend the full show day capturing both still images and video that can later be cut into a dynamic highlights reel.

Because I am handling post-production in-house, no editing is required from you. I simply need clean, well-exposed RAW photos and high-quality video files handed over at the end of the day (or via cloud within 24 hours). Please shoot with that highlights-reel style in mind—plenty of establishing shots, energetic crowd moments, booth interactions and key stage moments.

Bring whatever professional gear you rely on—DSLR or mirrorless bodies capable of low-light work, fast zooms and primes, a stabilised rig or gimbal for smooth walkthrough footage, and enough cards and batteries to run all day. On-camera or small boom audio is a plus for ambient sound.
